Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been received.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, our team will contact you to provide an update.
Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide with all shipments sent via Brisbane, Queensland.
At this time, orders placed through our website are only shipped within Australia. If you require international shipping, please contact our team to discuss available options to New Zealand and other countries via DHL.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
We only use premium shipping companies like Australia Post Express and Startrack Couriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional or remote areas.
Delivery delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as weather events or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Authority to Leave
For orders over $200 we do not authorise the courier to leave the package unattended at your workplace or home. Large value orders are sent with Startrack Couriers. If you are not there to sign for the package it will be taken to your local post office for collection. For lower value orders Australia Post may send you a text asking for your Authority to Leave (ATL). This allows the delivery carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
By selecting Authority to Leave, the customer accepts responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered and marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you require signature on delivery, please contact us before your order is dispatched so we can arrange this option where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.
We cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses once an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues, Onsite Diagnostics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist by lodging an investigation with the shipping provider.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the contents and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolving the issue.
