The course teaches specimen collection in accordance with Australian Standards including:
- AS/NZS 4308:2023 – Procedures for urine drug testing
- AS/NZS 4760:2019 – Procedures for oral fluid drug testing

No previous drug testing experience is required. The course is suitable for beginners as well as individuals already working in workplace safety or compliance roles. You must have completed at least Year 10 in High School to undertake this course.
